Highly recommend Trust Education to anyone looking for education roles. They are friendly, personable and trustworthy. Although I’ve been teaching for a long time, I’m fairly new to supply and they put my mind at ease and clarified any concerns and worries that I had. My first ever day of supply teaching was not great to say the least, but the staff at Trust were incredibly supportive about the whole situation. I’ve loved working with the whole team - I’m with 3 agencies in total and Trust Education is definitely my favourite!

After three years of full time teaching I began supply work as I wanted to earn and travel outside of the children’s holidays. I was nervous to begin supply work as I had only taught year one but the Trust education team have worked so hard to place me in year groups and schools they think I will enjoy. I have had such positive experiences in every class and it has been a delight working with range of schools! Darren and the team have consistently checked in on me to offer support and make sure I’m happy with where I am. They have been so understanding when I have requested time off and turned down placements. A truly fantastic company who really looks after you- thank you!

I used Trust as an interim measure between jobs. I found them to be a wonderful agency to work with and very professional, whilst still maintaining a friendly and personal touch. They were very accommodating of my commitments outside of work and always gave plenty of advanced warning of placements. The schools I worked at were also lovely and obviously had a good relationship with Trust Education. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone thinking of doing supply.
