We're delighted to welcome Olivia Ferris to the Trust Education team as an Education Recruitment Consultant, based in our East Midlands office.

Olivia brings with her several years of hands-on experience in the education sector, along with a deep-rooted passion for supporting schools, educators, and students alike. Her commitment to education goes beyond the workplace-she is currently studying for a Primary Education degree with the Open University in her spare time, further strengthening her understanding of the classroom and the needs of both staff and pupils.

Driven, dedicated, and full of energy, Olivia is already making a great impact with her knowledge of the sector and her genuine care for the people she works with.

Welcome to the team, Harriet!

We're delighted to welcome Harriet, who recently joined us as our new Branch Administrator.

In her role, Harriet will be leading branch operations, supporting school partnerships, and helping place exceptional educators in the right roles. All of which should be no problem for her, as for the past five years, she's worked as an Early Years Teaching Assistant; so, she has first-hand experience in the education industry.

Harriet loved being part of the children's first steps in learning and growth, but decided she wanted to experience the other side of the education world.

She�s really excited to join us and transition into the administrative side of education, where she can learn more about the industry she's passionate about.

Outside of work, Harriet loves to go on holiday to Ibiza (and dance along to house music in the clubs!). But she's all about balance and equally loves a good gym session and doing Pilates.
