Investing in our future means investing in our children.

That's the theme of this year's World Children's Day. How will you make a difference? 

Taking place on the 20th of November each year, World Children's Day is UNICEF's annual day of action for children. 

The goal is simple: protect the rights of children everywhere and ensure a more prosperous future for all.  

No matter where you are or what you do, today is an opportunity to celebrate the potential of children, acknowledge our responsibility to improve their futures and promote awareness of their unique challenges and opportunities.  

Here are some ways you can have an impact - both inside and outside of the classroom:


-Support social, education and healthcare organisations who strive to improve children's lives 

-Encourage children to express and advocate for themselves 

-Help children to embrace art, music and other creative pursuits  

-Work towards true inclusivity to ensure all children have equal opportunities to education and resources
