Welcome, Megan Poulton, to Trust Education! Megan joins our South Yorkshire office as an Education Recruitment Consultant on the Primary team, bringing energy, warmth, and a people-first approach to everything she does.
After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a degree in International Business Management, Megan built a strong foundation in marketing and customer relations through roles with premium motorhome and caravan dealerships across South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. 

That experience means she's used to listening carefully, communicating clearly, and delivering a high standard of service - skills that translate perfectly into supporting schools and helping candidates find the right opportunities.

Megan is passionate about creating positive experiences for everyone she works with, and we're excited to see her flourish as she supports Primary schools across the region.
Outside of work, Meg loves spending time with family and friends, heading to concerts and festivals, and travelling - with Sri Lanka and Kenya among her favourite adventures. At home, you'll most likely find her relaxing with her boyfriend and their kitten, Remi.
