Sarah has officially joined the Trust Education family this month as our new Team Leader.
 
Sarah has a wealth of Education Recruitment experience having worked across South & West Yorkshire for over a decade! She has helped hundreds of candidates and schools over that time. She last year got engaged to Joel and they have a beautiful daughter together, Lily who is their World. Plus, not forgetting Sarah's a loving dog mum to her two labradors, Benji % Teddy that she adore... It's a good job the new office allows dogs on site!
 
Sarah will be based at The Junction in Horbury, Wakefield, and we're so ecstatic to have her as part of our team.

As a devoted father, providing a great life for his daughter is at the heart of everything he does-something that drives his commitment to helping schools find the right people to support and inspire the next generation.

Sam is not only a genuinely nice guy with a big heart, but also a dedicated semi-professional football manager. He knows all about teamwork, leadership, and going the extra mile-qualities that make him a fantastic addition to our growing team.

We're thrilled to have Sam on board and can't wait to see the difference he'll make!

Welcome to the team, Faye White!

Faye joined our West Yorkshire team this week and is the friendly face behind recruitment at our West Yorkshire branch. With a strong background in customer service and leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and a people-first approach to everything she does.

Her career began in the travel industry, where she spent over two decades helping people book holidays to destinations across the globe. During that time, she honed her skills in sales, service, and team management, eventually stepping into a leadership role. After 23 years, Faye shifted gears and moved into the welfare-to-work sector, supporting individuals with complex needs. There, she provided vital guidance to help people overcome challenges and take steps toward long-term, sustainable employment.

Now at Trust Education, Faye is passionate about making a difference and supporting others on their journey, whether that's candidates, colleagues, or the communities we work with.

Outside of work, Faye is all about quality time with her family and their much-loved dog, Oscar. From game nights to UK getaways (with Oscar in tow), it's the simple things that bring her the most joy.
